Something has been off for a while.
Maybe your body hurts in ways no one can explain, and the last doctor told you your tests came back normal. Maybe you plan your week around how you think you’ll feel, and you’ve canceled on people so many times they’ve stopped asking. Maybe you keep landing in the same argument with the same person, and you can see it coming and still can’t stop it. Maybe your chest goes tight at 2am for no reason you can name. Or maybe you’re just numb, going through the motions to make it one more day.
You’ve probably been managing this alone longer than you’d like to admit.
You’re the reliable one. The one who copes. The one who says “I’m fine,” partly because the real answer takes too long and you’re tired of watching people’s eyes glaze over halfway through. From the outside it looks like you’re handling it. Inside, you’re exhausted.
I’m here to help.
I’m a psychologist, and for fifteen years I’ve worked with people whose pain, illness, or relationships have taken over more of their life than they ever agreed to give. Some arrive with a diagnosis they’ve carried for years. Some arrive unable to name what’s wrong. Both are a fine place to start. Book a free 20-minute consultation and tell me what’s been going on. No cost, no obligation.

Hi, I’m Dr. Shruti Surya.
I’m a licensed psychologist with 15 years of experience, working online with adults across 43 states.
A lot of the people I see have been told, in one way or another, that what they’re dealing with is in their head. It isn’t. Pain, illness, and hard relationships genuinely change a person, and that deserves to be taken seriously rather than explained away.
I use talk therapy, mindfulness, and body-based techniques, and we adjust as we go based on what’s actually helping. You won’t get a script. You’ll get someone who’s spent 15 years in this specific territory.
Let’s Work On This Together.
Online Therapy, Made Simple.
Getting support shouldn’t add one more thing to your plate. That’s the beauty of online therapy; you get the same quality care, without the commute, the waiting room, or rearranging your entire day just to show up.
It’s Convenient; All You Need Is.
- A private space where you feel comfortable talking
- A phone, tablet, or computer
- A stable internet connection
That’s it. No special software to figure out, no complicated setup.
It’s Researched Backed.
Research consistently shows online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most people, the connection, the progress, and the support are all still there. You’ll still see my face, we’ll still build real rapport, and the work we do together is just as meaningful.
And it fits your life.
Whether you’re managing a demanding job, caring for family, or simply trying to protect what little downtime you have, online therapy meets you where you are, literally. Session from your couch after the kids are asleep. On your lunch break. Wherever gives you privacy and a quiet moment.
You don’t have to make this harder than it needs to be. Let’s make support easy to reach.
Let’s work through this, together.
Therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about creating space to feel differently in your body, your mind, and your relationships.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or just tired of doing this on your own, I offer specialized support grounded in compassion and real, evidence-based tools.
You don’t have to be in crisis to get help. You just have to be ready to stop doing it all alone.
