Something has been off for a while.
Maybe your chest stays tight or your thoughts race at 2am. Maybe your body hurts in ways no one can explain, and you’re tired of searching for answers. Maybe you keep ending up in the same exact arguments with the people you love and you’re desperate for things to change. Maybe you’re realizing your numb inside, just going through the motions to make it one more day.
You have probably been managing it alone for longer than you would like to admit.
You’re the reliable one, the one who copes, the one other people lean on. From the outside it looks like you’re handling it. Inside, you’re exhausted.
I’m Here to help.
As a psychologist with 15 years of experience, I’ve helped a lot of people in this exact place find their way back to themselves. Book a free 20-minute consultation and let’s talk about what’s been going on. No cost, no obligation.

Online Therapy, Made Simple.
Getting support shouldn’t add one more thing to your plate. That’s the beauty of online therapy; you get the same quality care, without the commute, the waiting room, or rearranging your entire day just to show up.
All you need:
- A private space where you feel comfortable talking
- A phone, tablet, or computer
- A stable internet connection
That’s it. No special software to figure out, no complicated setup.
Does it actually work?
Research consistently shows online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most people, the connection, the progress, and the support are all still there. You’ll still see my face, we’ll still build real rapport, and the work we do together is just as meaningful.
And it fits your life.
Whether you’re managing a demanding job, caring for family, or simply trying to protect what little downtime you have, online therapy meets you where you are, literally. Session from your couch after the kids are asleep. On your lunch break. Wherever gives you privacy and a quiet moment.
You don’t have to make this harder than it needs to be. Let’s make support easy to reach.
Let’s work through this, together.
Therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about creating space to feel differently in your body, your mind, and your relationships.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or just tired of doing this on your own, I offer support grounded in compassion and real, evidence-based tools.
You don’t have to be in crisis to get help. You just have to be ready to stop doing it all alone.
“Live the life you want to live, not what your diagnosis dictates.”
