Do You Accept Insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly—but many clients are still able to get reimbursed for sessions using their Out-of-Network Benefits.
I’m considered an out-of-network provider with most PPO plans. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement for therapy sessions.
If you’d like to use your benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill—a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Why Some Clients Choose to Pay Out-of-Pocket:
- You have full control over your care—no diagnosis required to get started
- Your privacy is protected (insurance companies won’t request your records)
- You can choose the treatment approach that fits best, not what’s required by a plan
- You’re not limited by session count or insurance-approved timelines
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- What is my co-insurance?
- Are telehealth sessions covered?
- How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
- Is pre-approval required from my primary care doctor?
- What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network therapy?
